WTF is wrong with St Charles?  They get a shit load of our tax dollars from us drinking on mainstreet and then they wanna act like fools and instill new laws that wont let us dance on table tops?  Has the whole world gone mad?  I cant go to main street and get shitfaced and hoop and holler anymore.....It's is a sad day in history children!
